Safeguarding Audits

The Safeguarding Service collates safeguarding data from schools to ensure they are meeting their statutory safeguarding duties as outlined in Section 175 of the Education Act 2002

Slough has invested in a web based Sec 175/157 audit tool which will benefit two fold;

  • Help you complete a health check against your safeguarding duty and support your annual safeguarding returns to your governing bodies
  • Comply with the Section 175/157 requirements under the Education Act
