This training has been brought to you by Slough Borough Council's Business Support Officer Shamila Khan, for the attention of Reception teachers, Early Years Leads and coordinators responsible for completing the EYFS Profile.
These meetings will take place termly and support greater understanding, confidence and expertise in good early years practice and provision, with a focus on attainment, assessment and moderation.
The meetings will include:
- Training on either a local or national focus area or issue around EY assessment and moderation
- A local school sharing their own good EY teaching and learning experiences and expertise to support colleagues across the borough
- Agreement trialling and sharing judgements
- Networking and discussions with schools and Slough LA moderators
