This training has been brought to you by Slough Borough Council's Early Years Childcare Development Co-ordinator, Clare Thompson, for the attention of newly registered Childminders, Ofsted proposed Childminders, Childminding assistants, newly qualified level 2 Nursery Practitioners, unqualified staff, lunch time or bank staff and students.

This session introduces the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and has been designed for people who are new to early years and childcare. This training will introduce the seven areas of learning, child development, development matters and observation, assessment and planning.
