This training is brought to you by Slough Borough Council's Early Years Team for the attention of Reception teachers and preschool practitioners to enable discussions between settings and schools.
This is an opportunity to share good practice and plan for supporting your children to have effective transitions
These sessions will be delivered by the Early Years team and will include:
· Slough Transition Toolkit, including the one-page profile
· Importance of early and individualised transition work
· Strategies, ideas and activities that support transition
