Supporting Partnerships In Early Years

This training has been brought to you by Slough Borough Council's Early Years Childcare and Development Co-ordinator, Clare Thompson, for the attention of newly registered Childminders, Ofsted proposed Childminders and Students.

This session introduces the principle of partnership working between practitioners and with parents and/or carers.  The session will cover aspects of partnership working to meet individual children’s needs, considering ages, stages of development, internal and external factors which may impact upon children’s behaviour and how practitioners may respond.
