Fair Access | Offsite Direction Form

Offsite Direction

Children who have a mainstream school place but are found to be unable to access the curriculum for a number of reasons can be directed to alternative provision, whether on or offsite. The form must be completed by the individual who intends to report a Slough School offsite direction, this is when a pupil is transferring to another school on a temporary basis only.
