We wanted to bring to your attention the ‘Building Futures’ Scheme being run by Berkeley Homes (Oxford and Chiltern).
This is an opportunity for school leavers to join our business and rotate departments over an 8 month period to see which role best suits them. This could be anything from site management to planning, finance to sales. They will also get the opportunity to earn a good salary and train with a funded part time university course.
This scheme sits alongside our apprenticeship scheme and graduate schemes and aims to get young people into the construction industry.
