The Berkshire Emergency Duty Service is changing both the day time administration number and the emergency out of hours number. This will go live from Monday 20th December 2021.
From Monday 20 December 2021 the new (EDT) Emergency Out of Hours number is 01344 351999 and the day time Admin Line number is 01344 355050.
To ensure people are still able to contact us whilst the communications are going around, our old EDS numbers will continue to connect until Tuesday 4th January 2022. After this time, a message will redirect people to the new number.
Please can we ask you to circulate this to your teams, departments and contacts. The team will be updating their website and social media soon with the above changes.
