Please find attached key holder collection form for the forthcoming Summer Holiday.
As you know, collation of key holder contacts is required to enable us to have emergency contact details should we be contacted in the event of any emergency whereby access to the school may be required.
Please complete and return the attached form by Wednesday 15th July 2020 by email to Ed.Help2@slough.gov.uk.
If your emergency key holder contact details (name and phone number) are unchanged from the previous holiday, and these contacts are contactable on ALL of the forthcoming holiday dates, then an e-mail confirming this will be sufficient.
