National Education Nature Park to support children’s learning through play in nature.

  • The National Education Nature Park is a free education programme that empowers children to understand, care for, and improve the natural world.
  • By using Nature Park activities, you can support children's learning through play in nature, building foundational green skills and meeting early learning goals to prepare children for their next steps.
  • The online resources empower you to build yours and your team's confidence in taking children outside, as well as being supported to manage risks and communicate outdoor learning benefits to parents and caregivers.
  • Make your outdoor space a better place for nature and your local community – you can have a positive impact even in the smallest or greyest of spaces by creating new habitats in your learning zones such as ponds and growing wildflowers.
