Please find RSE resources from the NSPCC, called Talk Relationships. All the associated RSE lesson plans, produced in collaboration with the PSHE Association, are free to access (saving schools by comparison to other published schemes) and SEND materials are included. There is e-learning CPD available together with a dedicated helpline to support RSE teachers.
