Dear colleagues,
The Bracknell Forest Public Health Team is leading work to help us improve sexual health services in Slough, Bracknell Forest and Windsor and Maidenhead for young people. We are looking for views on sexual health services and sexual health information from young people, 13 to 19 years living in the areas named above.
We would value your support by sharing our survey with as many young people as possible. The survey is now live from 22nd April to 10th May 2024. The online survey has been designed so that all feedback is anonymous.

The attached posters can either be printed and displayed (for example on the back of toilet doors). Please note the survey is hosted on a Bracknell Forest Council platform, so it displays the Bracknell Forest Council logo. However, the survey is for all young people in Bracknell Forest, Slough and the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.
Kind regards,
Irana Mukherjee (MPH), Public Health Graduate Trainee, Berkshire East Public Health Hub
