Question Time for SYP

Young People’s Question Time is topical debate in which guests from the local community answer questions posed by young people. This will be an opportunity for young people to ask questions about topical issues such as knife crime, mental health or Brexit, or local issues such as housing, regeneration and opportunities in Slough.

To mark international women’s day, the panel will include an all female line up of local decision makers. The discussion will be chaired by a young person Alaa Fawaz (previously from Slough Youth Parliament) with panellists including Josie Wragg (CEO, Slough Borough Council), Supt Sarah Grahame (Slough Commander, Thames Valley Police) and local entrepreneur, Dom Unsworth BEM (CEO Resource Productions and Government Apprenticeship Ambassador), as well as a youth representative from the Young Health Champions and Empoword.

Please share this opportunity at your school, poster attached.

The event is organized by Young People’s Service, Slough Borough Council in collaboration with local charity Aik Saath and Slough Youth Parliament.
