Free, confidential support to help young people quit or reduce vaping

 Service Overview
The Young People’s Vaping Cessation Service is a free and confidential programme delivered by Healthier Slough to help young people stop vaping. The service provides tailored support to reduce nicotine dependence, improve health and wellbeing, and build healthier habits.

 Who Can Access the Service?

  • Young people and teenagers aged 12 and above who vape and want support to quit or reduce vaping.

  • Parents and carers can also access advice and support.

 How to Access the Service?

  • Call 0800 061 4734.

  • Text QUIT VAPE to 66777 for a callback.

  • Email healthier.slough@nhs.net.

  • Complete the online referral form via the Healthier Slough website.

  • Referrals can also be supported through schools and school nursing services.

 What Support is Available?

  • Free confidential one-to-one support from trained advisors.

  • Advice on managing cravings, nicotine dependence and stress.

  • Behavioural support and healthy habit building.

  • Access to nicotine-free alternatives and quit tools.

  • Friendly, non-judgemental support that fits around school and college life.
