Early Years Stronger Practice CPD (2 - 4 year olds)

Don't miss out on free CPD programmes available this Autumn term

Starting this autumn term 2026, the Thames Valley and Solent Early Years Stronger Practice Learning Leads are running the following Professional Development Programmes:

* Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED) - more details here

* Early Language - more details here

We are recruiting 15 Early Years settings per cohort to take part in these fully funded programmes. Within these attendance numbers, and depending on demand, we may be able to consider up to two attendees per setting.

Each programme is designed for PVIs, childminders and schools with nursery classes who have 2 to 4 year olds attending their setting. The course content is aimed at Early Years practitioners who are qualified at Level 3 and above. These programmes, developed by the Department for Education, are completed over one academic term.
