Workload Reduction Toolkit
The Department for Education (DfE) published the Workload Reduction Toolkit in July 2018. It provides free online training materials, audit tools, practical examples and model policies, developed and tested by school leaders and teachers.
To further improve the toolkit, DfE would like to publish case studies and practical examples in relation to teacher pay and appraisal and behaviour management and we are writing to ask for your support.
Workload Solutions
To help inform the updated toolkit, DfE would be very grateful if you could share practical examples with them, or, contact them if you would like to discuss your practice, by getting in touch at workload.solutions@education.gov.uk by Wednesday 5 December 2018.
DfE want to make sure this process is not time consuming so please send this in whatever format you use. Please also include your name, school/organisation and contact details in the email so we can get in touch with you if necessary.
All schools, organisations or individuals contributing to the toolkit will receive recognition in the final publication.
