Apprenticeship Levy and Funding

This article has been brought to you by Slough Borough Council's Service Lead for Schools, Johnny Kyriacou, for the attention of Headteachers in Slough.

SBC is hosting a Schools’ Forum for all Slough schools to give you the best advice and show you how you can best use your levy funds on 21st May 2019.

I am delighted to introduce you to Edwin Fernandes who is the new Slough Academy Manager. Edwin will be overseeing the apprenticeship programmes in the council, which is an excellent initiative to grow your own staff and retain the best talent.

Please see the message from Edwin below:

I am really keen that all our schools take opportunities to increase both quality, capability and provide development opportunities.
