As exam season approaches for many of our students, we understand that this is an extremely stressful time for them. Below are some resources that you may wish to share with your school communities.
Frimley ICS have put together a communication campaign signposting to the local and national mental health support for children and young people. The resources are available in two campaigns: one targeting parents/carers and the other aimed at children and young people.
The digital toolkit can be found here and includes a variety of assets that you can use. All the assets signpost to Frimley Healthier Together mental health pages.
The toolkit includes:
- Visual assets that you can use on websites or your social media including reels and stories
- Exam focused content; also attached is the Talking therapies support for exams
- Website / newsletter copy (please see attached) which you can use online or in email newsletters
- Hard copies of parent posters and postcards and young people posters are available on request here.
