For your information, from 1 January 2020 MediGold Health will take over as the new provider of occupational health and employee assistance services to employees.
To ensure a seamless transition from our current provider, we will shortly be forwarding all medical records on to MediGold Health.
If you do not want your records to be transferred, please contact Shaista Baig, HR Services Officer, People Services, third floor, Observatory House, in writing or by email to Shaista.Baig@slough.gov.uk by 31 December 2019.
As part of the transition to the new provider, please note that any new OH referrals from schools/managers must be directed to Shaista Baig, HR Services Officer (Shaista.Baig@slough.gov.uk) People Services, HRBP team, for case progression. This temporary arrangement will be in place until the new referral system with MediGold is ready to go live in January. Further information and guidance will follow asap.
Managers: please ensure this information is passed on to all employees, including those who are absent through sickness or leave.
