In order to implement national public health and education policy and develop a holistic approach to promoting the health and wellbeing of their pupils and staff, schools require access to training and CPD for staff. The School Health & Wellbeing Project has collated details of FREE training and CPD opportunities available on a number of PSHE and health and wellbeing topics.

The Slough Whole School Approach to Health and Wellbeing framework and tools have been produced to help schools develop a whole school approach to promoting the health and wellbeing of pupils and staff. It is based on the Public Health England Whole School Approach model which is promoted by the Department for Education. The framework addresses the following seven areas of school life:
