In these challenging times there has been a delay with some national guidance including the Assessment and Reporting Arrangements (ARA) and EYFS Profile Handbook 2021, which are yet to be published and shared with the sector. As these would feature as a central point in the meeting we feel it is best to cancel and re-schedule meetings in the spring term 2021.
This network has been brought to you by Slough Borough Council's Early Years Project Support Officer, Aneesa Younus, for the attention of Reception teachers, Early Years Leads and coordinators responsible for completing the EYFS Profile.

These meetings will take place termly and support greater understanding, confidence and expertise in good early years practice and provision, with a focus on attainment, assessment and moderation.
The meetings will include:
- Training on either a local or national focus area or issue around EY assessment and moderation
- A local school sharing their own good EY teaching and learning experiences and expertise to support colleagues across the borough
- Agreement trialling and sharing judgements
- Networking and discussions with schools and Slough LA moderators
This meeting will take place online and details of how to register will be sent to you once you have registered.
