Slough SENDCo Network Meeting | Being a Special Needs & Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENDCo)

This training has been brought to you by Slough Borough Council's Education Standards and Effectiveness Officer for SEND, Deborah Bowers, for the attention of School SENDCo's and other SEND Practitioners.  This is aimed at both new and experienced SENDCo's working within the ever changing landscape of special educational needs.

This training will cover the new OFSTED inspection framework, Quality First Teaching (QFT) and mainstreaming SEND.  SENDCo standards, roles, responsibilities, funding, and Slough specific processes.

Both training dates will have two sessions with a section for practice sharing.  Sessions 1 and 2 will include presentations, sharing practice, discussions and questions.  If you wish to share your ideas and practice with us then please e-mail the meeting organiser at least 1 week before the meeting on confirmation of your place.
