Children's Mental Health Week

This week is Children’s Mental Health Week – a week that empowers, equips, and gives a voice to all children and young people in the UK. This year's theme is ‘Know Yourself, Grow Yourself,’ empowering them to better understand their emotions and build resilience!

It is important to regularly check in with children and young people, as empowering them can have a positive impact on their wellbeing. Throughout the week we’ll be sharing with you how some of our foster carers help support our children and young people with their mental health.

Please see Children's Mental Health Week (childrensmentalhealthweek.org.uk) for information and resources regarding this awareness week, as well as CMHW - tips for families which has tips for families.
