Counter Terrorism Policing Questionnaire

This article has been brought to you by Slough Borough Council's Education Safeguarding Professional, Jatinder Matharu, for the attention of All Schools.

Please see a request sent on behalf of TVP:

Thames Valley Policy would like input on this questionnaire to collate local intelligence as part of Counter Terrorism Policing. This will assist with generating a local profile that accurately records and reflects local threat, harm and risk which will also benefit schools with an understanding of local risk.

There are 13 questions in the 2022 Counter Terrorism Local Profile (CTLP) questionnaire. There is a short guidance document to support you to think as broadly as possible about extra familiar harms. It is important to think beyond what you may interpret as being relevant to Counter Terrorism (CT). Under the right circumstances, heightened community tensions, hate crime, Anti-immigration or asylum protests, local graffiti, prevent referrals and Counter Terrorism are interwoven at certain junctures.

The deadline for completed questionnaires is 9 December 2022.

Please reply directly by email to: ctpsectlpdata@thamesvalley.police.uk and cc in Mark Wolski Mark.Wolski@slough.gov.uk

The delivery of the final product circulated by early April 2023.

This is not a CTPSE only report, your input will assist in creating a CTLP that accurately records and reflects local threat, harm and risk.
