COVID-19 | Free School Meals Update

The government’s COVID-19 free school meals webpage has now been updated to confirm schools can issue vouchers to eligible families during the Easter holidays.  Any issues using Edenred’s national voucher scheme can be reported via e-mail to freeschoolmeals@edenred.com.

Guidance has also been made available to assist schools with reclaiming any additional costs schools may have incurred.

If schools have any questions they wish to ask of DfE, they may e-mail dfe.coronavirushelpline@education.gov.uk.
