There will be a updates regarding outcomes for a series of consultations related to the funding rates for funded early education entitlements. Having completed the initial consultation with members of the Schools Forum - Early Years Task and Finish Group, the group considered a range of options in order to consult with the early years sector. The decision was unanimous and two options were selected for wider consultation.
The outcome of this years consultation has resulted in a significant increase in the funding rates across all early education entitlements as detailed below:

These new rates will be payable from 1 April 2020 and will again be reviewed in the spring term 2021. |
