As you know, collation of Keyholder contacts is required to enable us to have emergency contact details should we be contacted in the event of any emergency whereby access to the school may be required.
Please complete and return the form as detailed below before Friday 14th December 2018 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by placing the form in a school courier bag FAO: Slough Borough Council, Business Support Team, 2nd Floor East, SMP
If your emergency Keyholder contact details (name and phone number) are unchanged from the previous holiday, and these contacts are contactable on ALL of the forthcoming holiday dates, then an e-mail confirming this will be sufficient.
