Frimley Maternal Mental Health Service 
The service offers support to women/birthing people who have experienced maternal loss (pregnancy loss before 24 weeks gestation and also women/birthing people with fertility difficulties). They also offer support for partners.
See below some information about their service, along with a referral form. Below is also a poster about the service – Please could this be circulated and displayed within children’s centres to raise awareness about the support that is available.
