There are free courses for professionals and parent/carers who are supporting someone with additional needs that are presenting with behaviours that challenge. These aim to help families/carers/professionals to understand the function of behaviours, how to adapt the environment and routine to better meet someone’s needs and improve their quality of life, which often results in a reduction in behaviours that challenge.
