This article has been brought to you by Slough Borough Council's Education Safeguarding Officer, Jatinder Matharu, for the attention of all Schools and Early Years settings in Slough.
Please see below attached document for the Slough Mental Health Directory 2019.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
The directory is broken down into phase age to make it easier to navigate for your child’s needs. You can also access this by visiting the Family Information Service website by clicking here.
In addition to this, Susan Whitfield Dyer, our Health and Wellbeing Officer will be starting in August to support schools around mental health and wellbeing. I will circulate more details to introduce her in the new term.
