The Early Years and Prevention Service runs a number of information sessions each term to support the workforce development opportunities in Slough for Slough residence.

The aim of the information sessions are to support anyone interested in a career working with children in early years and childcare. We look at the range of job opportunities and explore the various and many routes into the sector. This will include information about becoming a childminder or working with children in an early years and childcare settings or school. Information about training requirements will also be provided.
