In order to implement national public health, education policy and develop a holistic approach to promoting the health and wellbeing of their pupils and staff, schools require access to resources and support from local projects and partner agencies; particularly those promoting good health and wellbeing, prevention and early intervention strategies for children and young people in Slough.
A School Health & Wellbeing Project online directory of resources has been created to support schools and reduce time and workload for school PSHE and Health & Wellbeing Leads. The directory contains details of free resources, services, projects and initiatives currently available and is updated regularly.
The resources are all produced by reputable organisations but the School Health & Wellbeing Project does not assess the resources and it is important that schools review them before use to ensure they are suitable for their pupils and/or staff. The directory can be searched according to topic, purpose or by key stage. The directory can be accessed HERE
