Understanding the FTT School Dashboard for Governors

Description
This training has been brought to you by Slough Borough Council's Performance and Information Manager, Aman Gill, for the attention of Slough's Headteachers, Senior Management, Assessment Co-ordinators, Governors, SEN-Co and Data Managers.
Please note: This session is for Primary School Governors only.  This is a presentation-led session.  It is essential that Governors have access to their FTT Aspire School Dashboard.
This two-hour overview of the FTT School Dashboard for Governors provides a range of information in a clear and meaningful way to help governors monitor the performance of their school, enabling them to support and challenge their school leadership.  Delegates will work from their own school's dashboard, enabling them to view the school's performance instantly, flagging up questions that governors should be asking.
Participants will:

Be led through each of the reports contained in their FTT Aspire School Dashboard

Have explained the key features each report and how the live system can enhance the analysis

Hear about how thier dashboard can be used to support their role in supporting and challenging their school and support action planning

Briefly see how the target setting feature can support development plans.
