In the spirit of collaboration and aspiration, we cannot wait to welcome our next keynote speaker, Al McGregor from Inner Armour who will be looking at how we reset our systems with some training around handling stress proactively & some self care. Proving you with a small set of individual psychological interventions and tools to apply everyday and looking into why they work.
Al McGregor is Inner Armour’s heart. Studying Psychology at doctorate level, he holds three degrees from UK Universities and is dedicated to enabling the use of Psychology for good for all. He has 12 years teaching experience of Drama, Music & Psychology in 4 state secondary schools in areas of high deprivation in the UK. Two years Lecturing at postgraduate level in the UK and one year internationally. An ICF (International Coaching Federation) professionally certified coach. He is down to earth, kind, private and centered.
